RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Luxe Glam Collections, you are important to us and we want you to be madly in love with your purchase. If you’re not feeln’ it, we will gladly exchange it (if it is available) or accept returns of new/unworn merchandise. 

Please note:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or Luxe Glam Collections credit. NO REFUNDS.
• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sale-able, without pet hair, unaltered and  with original tags and packaging. 
• All sale items are FINAL. All accessories, swimwear and intimates are also FINAL SALE!
• Upon arrival at the Luxe Glam Collections warehouse, all returned items are assessed and inspected. Luxe Glam Collections reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Please allow 10 -14 days for processing your return. 
• It's important to note that shipping/return costs are not covered by Luxe Glam Collections unless the reason for the return was due to an error on our part. In those cases we will email you a return label. 
• If you receive damaged or defective merchandise please contact us at info@luxeglamcollections.com within 5-7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. We will also pay for the item(s) to be shipped back to our store

How to Return By Mail

Customers are solely responsible for returning merchandise within 14 days of receipt to Luxe Glam Collections warehouse. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned items. 

• Ship eligible returns prepaid and insured (for your benefit). Be sure to include the Return/Exchange card filled out in its entirety. The card can be found within your package. It looks like this:

• Take package to carrier of your choice and pay for package to be sent to us! For extra security feel free to email us: info@luxeglamcollection.com, with the tracking Number so we are aware of the return.

How to Return In Person (Thursdays Only 6-7pm)

1. In your package, a card-stock will be provided for you to fill out all the information required in its entirety. See card above.
2. Please place this filled out card and undesired items in a bag. 
3. Bring items on available day(s) listed above.
4. Please allow 10 -14 days for processing your return if applicable.
